We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on one-time purchases. Ask within 30 days of buying and we refund it in full, with no questions and no conditions. The guarantee applies even if you have started or completed lessons.

How to request a refund

Email david@finxacademy.org within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used to buy and, if available, the order reference from your receipt.

We will confirm the request and arrange the refund through the payment provider used for your order. If your receipt provides a payment-provider support link, you can also request help there.

After a refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time until the funds appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Access to paid content ends when the refund is processed; free lessons remain available.
