Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the platform (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or non-educational content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary technology

Academic Integrity

Users must maintain academic integrity when using our platform. This includes not sharing assessment answers, not engaging in plagiarism, and honestly completing all educational activities.

Our Content

All content on Finx Academy, including courses, assessments, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Finx Academy or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for educational purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Download or copy content except as specifically permitted
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

User-Generated Content

When you submit content to our platform (comments, assignments, etc.), you retain ownership but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content for educational and platform improvement purposes.

Pricing and Billing

Some features of Finx Academy may require payment. All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account.

The launch offer is a one-time payment for lifetime platform access, including the courses on the published roadmap. The pricing page identifies what is available now and the planned delivery dates for future content. There is no recurring charge for this offer. Checkout shows the final amount and any applicable taxes before you confirm payment.

Refunds on One-Time Purchases

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on one-time purchases. Ask within 30 days of buying and we refund it in full, with no questions and no conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and access to paid content ends when the refund is processed.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Platform Modifications

Educational Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Account Termination

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Georgia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply in your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution Process

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any disputes informally. For educational institution disputes, we will work through appropriate administrative channels.
